Alexander Gröbner, BA
My journey in massage began in 2003 with training as a professional masseur, covering a wide range of techniques including classic massage, sports massage, Dorn and Breuss massage, lymphatic drainage, as well as acupressure and acupuncture massage according to Penzel. Significant influences on my work include training in Thai massage on Koh Samui, Thailand (2005), Craniosacral Biodynamics training (2010 to 2013), and Yin Yoga teacher training with Paul Grilley in California (2015). Since 2019, I have been deeply dedicated to anatomy and launched the "Anatomy Lab" project to share my knowledge and experience in this field.
Before the COVID-19 pandemic, I primarily worked in Vienna, serving both professional and amateur athletes, as well as clients from companies such as ÖAMTC and BMW Vienna. The Sacher Hotel Spa was also among my clients. Now, I am proud to call Linz my home and am excited to offer my services here.
In addition to bodywork, health consultation is a key aspect of my practice. I see my role as helping my clients develop a better understanding of their physical needs and providing recommendations for a healthy lifestyle. Through my diverse training and experiences, I am equipped to apply a wide range of techniques and approaches to best assist my clients and support them in preventing health issues.
