How We Work
From the first idea to the finished animation.
Complex anatomy projects can involve a lot of decisions. A clear process keeps things simple, gives you room to develop your ideas and makes sure we both know what we’re creating before detailed production begins.
01 — Define
We start with your idea. What do you want to communicate? Who is it for? What would you like to create?
Together, we establish the purpose, scope and direction of the project.
02 — Develop
Now we turn the idea into a visual concept.
We work through the anatomy, movement, references and visual direction and decide how your message can be communicated most clearly.
For larger projects, this can also include developing and testing a representative example before moving into full production.
03 — Approve & Produce
Before detailed production begins, I summarize the important decisions we’ve made so we can make sure I’ve understood you correctly.
Once the direction is confirmed, it becomes the blueprint for production.
04 — Review
You’ll see the work at agreed stages throughout the project.
This gives us clear moments to review the result, gather feedback and make sure everything follows the direction we established together.
05 — Deliver
After final approval, your animations, visuals or 3D assets are prepared in the formats agreed for your project.
And if the project continues to grow, new animations, ideas or features can simply become the next phase.
